Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will report to the Director of Finance and be responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Month-end close and inter-company consolidation process
Account reconciliations and analysis
Bank account reconciliations
Journal entries and accruals
Budget and variance analysis
Inter-company ledgers
Monthly payroll and payroll system
Enter and pay invoices
Various special projects
Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Assist with:

Monthly financial reporting and budget analysis
Long term budgeting and forecasting
Year-end activities including annual audit support and 1099 reporting

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
2+ years public accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

CPA
Dynamics GP experience
